I love how you made the shading of the hair, it did give it a nice texture! and infact you did it go with the hair different way, not all the lines to the right. Good, it doesn't look flat at all! And your style is really neat, I love how you can keep it while try out different anatomys and such.
The neck is looks too thick if you haven't done such a great shading like you have done! It's hard to shape the neack from the shoulders when you have the headpose like that! And the shading colouring looks great with different warm and colder use of it.
